ONLINE BANKING QUESTIONS

Q: What kind of software do I need to access Online Banking?

A: To access Online Banking you need only a browser which will give you access to the Internet such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, version 4.0 or higher.

Q: How do I access Online Banking?

A: Simply click on apply to get started.

Q: How frequently is my account information updated?

A: Our account information updates all customer information every business day. Whether you access our Online Banking or contact us directly, your account information is updated daily to reflect all account activity.

Q: Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?

A: Yes, with our Online Banking feature, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q: How long does it take to set up a new payee in the Bill Payment system?

A: Once you have entered a new payee into the Bill Payment system, it takes two business days to set up the payee to receive payments.

Q: After I make a bill payment, how long does it take for the money to be debited from my account?

A: The money will be debited electronically from your account within 1-3 business days starting on the business day following the payment date. If you make a payment on Monday, you can expect the money to be debited from your account by Tuesday of the same week.

Q: How long does it take for a payment to reach the payee?

A: A payment that generates an electronic payment will credit the payee's account within 2-3 business days; whereas, a paper check will take up to 7 business days.

Q: What kind of information can be obtained online?

A: In addition to obtaining balance information, you can also view transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills online, view checks and statements, set up a budget and see transactions from other accounts.

Q: What is the cut-off time for online transactions and Bill Pay.

A: The cut-off time for any online transactions such as transfers is 7:00PM CST. The cut-off time for Bill Pay transactions is 9:30PM CST.  If you are expediting your Bill Payment, the cut-off time for next day delivery is 3:00PM CST.
