Q: Can I get information about my account by phone?

A: Yes! We have two ways of serving you by phone. You may contact any of our locations, where a customer service representative will be happy to review your account and answer any questions that you have. You may also reach our automated Telephone Banking System at 620-241-3733 or 1-888-CSB-3400, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for balance information or to transfer funds between accounts.

Q: Can I do all of my banking with you?

Q: Do you offer Online Banking?

Q: Are wire transfers possible to and from my checking account?

A: Yes! Funds can be transferred to and from your accounts by wire transfer or via ACH (Automated Clearing House). Please contact us for more details.

Q: How do I make a deposit to my account from a remote location?

A: Using Direct Deposit, ACH (Automated Clearing House), ATM's and/or wire transfer it is possible to do most of your banking without ever visiting our branches. We also have Mobile Check Deposit. Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?

A: When you open a checking or savings account with us, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to their Human Resources or Payroll Department and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.

Q: How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?

A: Bring your Social Security number and drivers license to any one of our locations and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you with this process.
